End of day and reports in Merchant
An overview of the online orders per day, the order journal with export, and the sales report.
End of day
End of day in Merchant is an overview of a day's online orders: per payment method, per VAT rate, the number of orders and what is still open. Finish all marks open orders as picked up or delivered. Close the day records the day, with a note.
It is not a till close: there is no cash count. You count the cash in KwikEat Desktop (or your own till).
When the shop is linked to KwikEat Desktop, you do End of day in Desktop; there online and counter orders are together.
The journal
Merchant also keeps an order journal, with who did it on every line. At End of day you see whether it is in order, and export it per month, per year or everything as CSV or JSON.
Reports
Under Reports is your online shop's sales report: takings per period, products and payment methods. For a linked shop the full reports are in KwikEat Desktop (Reports).
